We are… a community of real people with real issues who believe that Jesus came to save the lost and bring new life and hope where there is none.

We look to God’s Word for guidance and direction as we attempt to live out our call to serve our community both locally and internationally with a message that inspires and draws people closer to a God who is intensely personal.

We rely on the Holy Spirit to send and empower us to do the work of the church and represent Jesus.

Since 1977 we have been serving God in Lake County. We desire to help people find a personal faith relationship with Jesus Christ and to grow in that faith through inspiring worship, relevant Bible study and hands-on ministry in our community. As a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church we are committed to living the Good News, participating in worldwide mission, and practicing an authentic Christian faith.

The Evangelical Covenant Church affirms the centrality of the scriptures, with emphasis upon the grace of God.  Covenanters also have a tradition of freedom that accepts a diversity of backgrounds and doctrinal positions, while maintaining a common unity in Christ.  The Covenant has often been called a Family of Faith.  Our congregational life indicates that this is an apt description.
