Beyond WWJD

Have you ever found yourself longing to grow spiritually but stuck in a rut?  No matter how many service projects or bible studies you do, you can’t seem to get closer to God?

We’re going to talk about that as we look over Tom Ashbrook’s book, “Mansions of the Heart”.  It is a study of the work of St. John of the Cross and Teresa of Avila, a study of the pathway we follow as we grow closer to God.  Come and explore where you stand on the pathway and what your next steps of spiritual growth may be.

Beginning on Nov. 19, join us at 9:15am each week for adult Sunday school as Pastor Steve takes us Beyond WWJD.

Midweek Together Begins Sept. 13

Throughout the school year, we gather every Wednesday night for Midweek Together.  We kick off at 5:30pm with dinneMidweek logor for everyone ($3/person or $8/family).  At 6:15pm, our children in nursery through 5th grade gather for Kids Club in the choir room, and at 6:30pm our Middle Schoolers have Youth Group in the youth room (be there for important schedules and retreat info!).  At 6:45pm our choir meets in the sanctuary for practice, and our Adult Bible Study meets by the upstairs fireplace for a study on the Gospel of John.  Everything wraps up at 7:45pm.

All are welcome and encouraged to bring your friends and neighbors.  What better way to get to know us and Jesus than with a few hours together?  See you then!
