The progressive dinner is always a highlight of the Christmas season. We will gather for appetizers at the home of Scott and Teresa Anderson, 34 Jamestown Court, Grayslake, followed by dinner groups of 8 to 10 people in various homes, and a dessert together at the home of Pat and Joan Groody, 2051 Laurel Valley Drive, Vernon Hills. All are welcome. Please sign up at the church office. You will be contacted about which home to attend and what to bring.
We are fortunate that in challenging economic times, with uncertainty on many fronts, we have a community of faith that binds us together. Our blessings as a congregation are great, however, we are approaching year-end with a significant shortfall in our budget giving. Read more
