On Saturday, Dec 8, we gather for our annual LCC Progressive Dinner.   With appetizers at one home, dinner at another, and then desserts at a third, This is a fantastic way to introduce friends and family to our LCC community.  You can sign up here or by clicking on the picture.  See you there!

On December 1st, everyone is invited to welcome our Advent season together at LCC.  At 5pm, the families of our children will be working at our local PADS chapter to prepare the evening for their residents.  At 6pm, we will all meet at church for dinner, carols and a devotion, followed by three activities: decorating and eating Christmas cookies, creating your own Advent wreath complete with a devotion for each candle, and making 2 luminaries, one to take home and one to decorate the church.  The evening is free though we will be collecting donations to provide “Lucy lights” for the mission field in Colombia.  This is a great time to invite friends and neighbors, so come one and all and join us for this amazing night.

Wouldn’t you love to spend an evening eating a great dinner with friends from church at a warm and welcoming home?  That’s what “Who’d Coming to Dinner?” is all about.  Sign up to be either a host or a guest for a dinner on Oct. 27.  Let us know what side dish you’d like to bring.  And the week before the event you’ll be emailed an address.  At 6pm that evening, you show up at that address with the side you agreed to bring and find waiting there a home with church friends ready to welcome you to the party.  This is a great way to invite friends to experience one of LCC’s strengths – fellowship.  Just click the link and sign up today.

Wednesday nights are packed with great things this year, so come and join us as we grow together!

5:30 – 6:30pm DinnerTime
Eating is considered by most to be one of the best ways to grow together (in more ways than one!)  The conversations that happen over a shared meal are priceless when it comes to Unity and Community, so join us when you can for dinner and conversation.
6:15 – 7:45pm Kids Klub and MS Youth group
With games, music, lessons, prayer, and quarterly multi-generational events, this midweek time together is not to be missed.
6:45 – 7:45pm Adult Bible Study
Our only mixed bible study, everyone from 14 to 104 is invited and encouraged to join us.  We’ll be looking together at the book of Romans as a practical guide to faithful living.
6:45 – 8pm  Choir
If bible study isn’t your thing on a Wed. night, then join the choir!  We’re always looking for new faces with new voices.  All are welcome!
