On Oct. 21, we will have a special service and lunch together to mark our 35th anniversary here at Libertyville Covenant. As part of it, we are putting together a video presentation that shows our church and its community. If you have any photos or videos or slides from cookouts, services, special programs (Christmas, etc.) that represent our church and life of the church over the past 35 years we would love to have them. Please write your name on the back of anything you submit so that it can be returned. It would be helpful to have your contributions in the church office by October 1. If electronic they can be emailed to [email protected].
Our theme for fall will be “Deeper in Christ… Further in Mission.” This is also the theme for our wider Covenant Church family, and well describes our hearts as we move into a time of building new vitality in our church and as we seek to be a more Missional presence in our community. Read more
